Ripper Casino Terms & Conditions: The Agreement Between You and Us
These terms govern your use of Ripper Casino. By opening an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager you accept the clauses below. They are written in numbered sections so you can find a single rule fast. Last revised: 12 May 2026. Material updates trigger an email to all registered players; we keep prior versions on request.
1. Definitions
1.1 "We", "us", "our", "Ripper" means the operator of Ripper Casino, licensed in Curaçao under Master Licence 8048/JAZ.
1.2 "You", "Player" means the registered holder of an account on this site, 18 years or older, resident in Australia for the purposes of these terms.
1.3 "Account" means the unique player profile created at registration.
1.4 "Real-money funds" means deposited AU$ available for wagering and withdrawal.
1.5 "Bonus funds" means promotional credits subject to wagering as defined in section 6.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old at the moment of registration and remain so throughout your use of the site.
2.2 You must be a resident of Australia and not currently listed on the BetStop national self-exclusion register or any self-exclusion list operated by us.
2.3 You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of Ripper Casino, our software providers, or our payment partners.
2.4 You may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are closed; balances are forfeit only where they have been built using bonus abuse — otherwise deposits are returned.
3. Account Registration and KYC
3.1 You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration and to keep it accurate.
3.2 We perform identity verification (KYC) under the AML/CTF Act 2006 before releasing any withdrawal. Documents accepted: AU driver's licence, Medicare card (front and back), or Australian passport, plus a proof of address under three months old.
3.3 Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of first withdrawal request voids that withdrawal and may freeze the account.
3.4 We may, at our discretion, request additional verification if your activity flags our anti-fraud systems.
4. Deposits
4.1 Minimum deposit: AU$10 (Neosurf), AU$20 (POLi, BPAY), AU$30 (PayID, Bitcoin).
4.2 Maximum single deposit: AU$5,000 per transaction; daily limit AU$25,000 unless raised by written request and approved by compliance.
4.3 Deposits credit instantly except BPAY (1–2 banking days). Currency is AU$ throughout.
4.4 You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not accepted.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum withdrawal: AU$30 (PayID), AU$50 (POLi reverse, bank transfer), AU$100 (Bitcoin).
5.2 Maximum withdrawal per request: AU$10,000. Larger balances are split across consecutive 24-hour requests.
5.3 Internal processing target: 12–28 minutes median for PayID once KYC is cleared; 6–24 hours for bank transfer; 1–4 hours for Bitcoin.
5.4 Withdrawals revert to the original deposit method where available; reverse credits to a different account require written request and KYC review.
5.5 We may withhold a withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these terms, pending investigation.
6. Bonuses and Wagering
6.1 Bonuses are optional. You opt in by clicking the relevant tickbox or claim button; you do not enter codes for our standard welcome offer.
6.2 Wagering requirements, contribution rates, max bet during wagering, and expiry windows are detailed on the bonus page and in your account dashboard at the moment of claim.
6.3 Maximum bet during active wagering is AU$7.50 per spin or hand unless otherwise stated. Single bets above the cap may void the bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
6.4 Bonus abuse includes (without limit): coordinated multi-account play, using betting patterns designed to recover bonus funds with minimal variance, placing offsetting bets on different games, or misrepresenting eligibility at claim. Confirmed abuse forfeits bonus and bonus-derived winnings; original deposits are returned.
7. Conduct and Fair Play
7.1 Game outcomes use random number generators audited by independent testing labs; results are final once a round closes.
7.2 You may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or screen-scrapers against the site or its games.
7.3 You may not collude with other players. Sequential bets coordinated between two or more accounts are treated as collusion.
7.4 Disconnect during a live dealer round: the round completes server-side; the result stands.
8. Dormant Accounts
8.1 An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for 12 consecutive months is classified dormant.
8.2 A monthly maintenance fee of AU$5 is deducted from dormant balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by login.
8.3 Accounts inactive for 30 consecutive months may be closed; remaining balances are returned to the verified payment method on file where contact details are still current.
9. Responsible Gambling
9.1 We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, reality checks, cool-off, and self-exclusion as described on the Responsible Gambling page.
9.2 You may request immediate account exclusion via live chat. Once placed, exclusion runs for the term selected and cannot be lifted early.
9.3 Self-exclusion via BetStop is honoured automatically at login and KYC.
10. Privacy
10.1 We process personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles. Full details on the Privacy Policy page.
10.2 By using the site, you consent to the data uses described in that policy.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All trademarks, logos, game graphics, and site content are owned by Ripper Casino or licensed from our software providers (Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Evolution, and others). You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the site for personal gameplay only.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 We provide the service on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from internet outages, force majeure events, third-party payment delays beyond our control, or game malfunctions where the outcome is voided and stakes returned.
12.2 Our maximum aggregate liability to any player is limited to the balance of that player's account at the moment the liability arose.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Complaints route first to our support team; we target 5 business days for internal resolution.
13.2 Unresolved complaints may be escalated to our independent ADR provider, eCogra, at ecogra.org.
13.3 Curacao licensing complaints may be filed at licensing.gaming-curacao.com.
13.4 Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian consumer law to the extent applicable.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, subject to mandatory provisions of Australian law that apply by virtue of your residency.
14.2 We acknowledge the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and operate in a way that respects player protections within that framework.
15. Changes to These Terms
15.1 We may amend these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last revised" date and emailing all registered players for material changes.
15.2 Continued use of the site after a material update constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, you may close the account and request return of remaining funds to your verified method.
